Product Description

Transform architectural surfaces with 4G Surface Guard, a permanent water-based impregnation system designed for both horizontal and vertical mineral and porous surfaces. This advanced treatment creates highly water- and oil-repellent (hydrophobic and oleophobic) barriers while preserving the natural appearance and feel of the substrate.

Unlike a film-forming sealant, 4G Surface Guard penetrates deep into absorbent mineral substrates through their natural porosity and gravity. The treated surface remains fully vapor permeable, invisible to the eye, and retains its original slip resistance.

When properly applied, 4G Surface Guard provides long-lasting protection with an expected service life of up to 10 years, depending on the substrate and environmental conditions.

Product Use Instructions

Use 4G Surface Guard as supplied. Shake thoroughly before and during use. Do not dilute.

Surfaces must be clean, dry, absorbent, and free of previous coatings, sealants, dirt, and contaminants. Mask and protect windows and adjacent surfaces before application.

Apply using an airless sprayer, HVLP sprayer, low-pressure pump sprayer, brush, roller, or mop. Apply one or two wet-on-wet coats in a single application, ensuring even saturation of the substrate.

Previously treated surfaces can be replenished as needed without removing the original treatment.

Coverage Guidelines

Approximately 160–240 sq. ft. per gallon (4–6 m² per liter), depending on the substrate's porosity and application method.
