Brucato Spring Almond Liqueur

Brucato Spring Almond Liqueur is a bright, amaro-inspired liqueur made from California green almonds and grape brandy. It is surprisingly light and aromatic, offering a complex flavor profile that blends nutty almond sweetness with notes of green apple, dried apricot, and a subtle grassy-floral finish. Because of its bright and vegetal complexity, it works wonderfully as a seasonal aperitif, neat, over ice, or mixed into a spritz.
