Sensitive Surface Graffiti Remover (SSGR) is specially designed as a 'brush on, wipe off' product for the effective removal of graffiti, grease, and grime from painted and other sensitive surfaces without causing damage. It effectively removes spray can paints, felt pens, wax crayon markers, water- and oil-based staining pens, overspray, grease, grime, and scuff marks from a variety of painted and coated surfaces, including painted walls, powder-coated surfaces, stainless steel, aluminum, vinyl fences, signage, clear acrylic, plastics, windows, playground equipment, and more.

Product Use Instructions

To remove graffiti and marks from painted and coated surfaces, follow these steps for optimal results:

1. Pour a small quantity of the remover into a plastic bucket.

2. Select a small area of graffiti and apply the remover using a nylon brush.

3. Agitate the graffiti with the brush, mimicking a writing motion. If suitable, a white soft scourer can be used to avoid abrasion.

4. Wipe away the dissolved graffiti using a damp cloth.

Keep your cloths clean by rinsing them often and turning them over as you wipe the dissolved graffiti away. (Hold your cloth under the brush while agitating the graffiti to prevent the remover from running down the surface). Felt pens typically dissolve immediately, while wax crayons may take longer. Spray can paint may require further agitation and longer dwell times. Work in small areas at a time, no larger than the size of your hand. If the cleaning area becomes very dirty with dissolved graffiti and wiping does not leave it clean, the remover has become too contaminated with ink or dyes. Pour the dirty remover into another container (for less important use later) and quickly repeat the method using fresh remover and a clean damp cloth. For this reason, it’s best to work with small amounts of remover at any one time. Don't worry if every marker stain isn't removed; any remaining 'shadows' can be easily eliminated with Feltpen Fadeout (FPFO).
