Product Description

Transform architectural surfaces with 4G Surface Guard, a permanent, water-based impregnation system designed for horizontal and vertical mineral and porous surfaces. This innovative treatment converts absorbent surfaces into highly water- and oil-repellent barriers with hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, preserving their natural appearance and texture while enhancing durability.

As an impregnation treatment, 4G Surface Guard penetrates mineral substrates through their natural absorbency and by gravity. It is not a film-forming sealant and leaves the substrate fully vapor permeable.

Once cured, 4G Surface Guard is invisible to the human eye and does not alter surface friction or slip resistance. When correctly applied and depending on environmental and surface conditions, it can provide approximately 10 years of protection.

Product Use Instructions

Use 4G Surface Guard as provided. Shake thoroughly before and during use. Do not dilute.

Surfaces must be clean, dry, absorbent, and free of dirt, contaminants, previous coatings, and sealants. Mask and protect windows, glass, and nearby surfaces before beginning the application.

Apply using an airless sprayer, HVLP sprayer, low-pressure pump sprayer, brush, roller, or mop, depending on the surface and project requirements.

Apply one or two wet-on-wet layers in a rapid, single-step application. Allow the product to penetrate the substrate evenly and avoid allowing excess material to pool on the surface.

Previously treated surfaces can be replenished as needed without stripping the original application.

This combined system helps prevent graffiti from penetrating porous surfaces and allows many graffiti removals to be completed quickly using hot water.

Coverage Guidelines

Approximately 160–240 sq. ft. per gallon, or 4–6 m² per liter.
